Raised in Florida, Kelsey has lived in Knoxville since 2010 and has a diverse background in both restaurant operations and sales. She studied hospitality management and dreamed of become a chef, she graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Kelsey  enjoys being creative with food and flavors which is reflected in her menu where she uses local and trending influences.
